Assiteca has created “All Inclusive”, an insurance policy specifically dedicated to hotel chains. This policy consists of a basic contract that covers all major perils and a series of optional guarantees.
Already tested and appreciated by large hotel chains, the insurance provisions offer broad coverage for a number of risk exposures, providing the hotelkeepers (oppure “hotelier”) and their business with the most complete protection.
The main advantage of Assiteca “All Inclusive” is to be a multiline insurance: a single contract to cover the main risks provides greater manageability and transparency rather than separate contracts.
The policy consists of a property damage (being on “All Risks” basis, more innovative than “named perils” basis), business interruption, theft, robbery, and General/Employer’s liability.
Assiteca “All Inclusive” also includes specific coverage for damage to electronic equipment (including the costs for restoring lost or damaged electronic data), coverage for damage to customers’ cars stored in parking spaces and the extension of civil responsibility to guarantee all the ancillary activities (fitness, swimming pool, mountain biking, sauna, etc …).
The optional plans are the following:
- “guest protection” (customer care, car assistance, luggage cover)
- the legal protection (assistance in the event of civil / criminal legal proceedings with customers and suppliers),
- cover for employees’ infidelity (compensation for any losses resulting from theft, robbery, fraud).
In case of fire or flooding, Assiteca “All Inclusive” offers without any additional cost, other than the policy insurance premium, a service for cleaning / decontamination and restoration of the premises and their contents, activities carried out by a highly specialised firm. The immediate intervention of professionals minimise downtime, thus ensuring a fast reboot of the hosting activity.
