This is why Assiteca set up the Employee Benefits & Social Security Special Division, located in Milan, especially dedicated to the development of “Employee Benefit Insurance Programs”, obtaining customizable and innovative products from the primary insurance market.

The fact that the Employee Benefits programs are included in a welfare fund, offers the advantage of transforming the insurance product in welfare benefits offered by the fund itself, which receives a contribution from the Customer. Moreover, a membership in welfare programs offered by funds allows to enjoy particularly favorable products, since economies of scale are used, guaranteed by the membership in a program with the participation of many companies.

The Employee Benefits & Social Security Special Division has also focused on creating tools and materials for the welfare reform effective since January 2008.
To this end, the “Metodo Assiteca” (Assiteca Method”) has been created, a comprehensive service to appropriately tackle the new welfare legislation. This method is a set of consultancy services and tools designed specifically to support companies and their staff, step by step, when making choices on welfare-related issues. The tools provided by Assiteca – laws compilation, information brochures, CD-ROMs, a fully dedicated website – allow users to review all possible offers available on the market in relation to Pension Funds (closed and open-end funds, and main pre-existing ones) to gain insight about their characteristics, returns and costs.
